Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider (Pesapal/Flutterwave). We do not store card or M-Pesa account numbers
Usage data — anonymised website analytics via Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, time on site, device type)

3. How we use your data

To deliver your purchased digital products to your email
To send order confirmation and download instructions
To send occasional product updates and home management tips (if you opted in)
To improve our website and products using anonymised analytics
To comply with Kenyan tax and business record requirements

4. Email marketing

We only send marketing emails to people who have explicitly opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing hello@mamaflow.co.ke.

Payment processors (Pesapal / Flutterwave) to process your payment securely

We retain your purchase records for 7 years as required by Kenyan tax law. Email subscribers' data is retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

1. About Mamaflow Ventures

Mamaflow Ventures is a digital products business registered in Kenya, selling downloadable digital products via mamaflow.co.ke. Contact: hello@mamaflow.co.ke

2. Digital products — what you're buying

All Mamaflow products are digital downloads — PDF guides, template packs, and spreadsheet files. You are purchasing a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the product for your own household use.

3. Delivery

Your product will be delivered to your email address immediately after payment is confirmed. If you do not receive your download within 15 minutes of payment, contact us via WhatsApp or email and we will resolve it immediately.

4. Acceptable use

Products are licensed for personal household use only
You may not resell, redistribute, copy, or share products with others outside your immediate household
You may not claim authorship of or adapt our products for commercial use
Printing for personal use within your home is permitted

5. Intellectual property

All content, designs, and templates in Mamaflow products are the intellectual property of Mamaflow Ventures. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is a violation of Kenyan copyright law.

6. Payments

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Payments are processed securely via Pesapal, Flutterwave, or other payment providers. Mamaflow does not store payment card or M-Pesa account information.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Here's how we handle refund requests.

Our standard policy

Due to the digital and instantly-downloadable nature of our products, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a product has been accessed or downloaded. This is standard practice for digital goods.

When we will refund you

Technical failure — if you were charged but did not receive your product within 24 hours and we cannot resolve the delivery issue
Duplicate purchase — if you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund one charge immediately
Wrong product — if you received a different product from what you ordered
Product quality issue — if the product is materially different from how it was described on our website
